Florida Notary Service Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but prior to submitting your application documents, Florida Notary Service will issue a refund based on one of the three bullet points below, upon written request by you. If an order is cancelled after your application document(s) have been processed by Florida Notary Service and/or after payment is committed or paid to the applicable state agency or suppliers, no refund will be provided.

Notary Stamps Replacement Policy

Defective notary stamps and embossers are replaceable at no cost up to 30 days after purchase date. If you need a replacement after 30 days, a new custom stamp and/or embosser, along with other supplies can be purchased at https://supplies.notaryofamerica.com/.

If you need a replacement notary stamp/embosser due to incorrect information that you have provided to us for the manufacturing of your stamp materials, you will be charged a $30 reprocessing fee for the notary stamp and $35 reprocessing fee for the embosser. This fee does not include shipping costs.

If you have a new address that your material will need to ship to, contact us immediately. If the stamp has not been produced and mailed out, then we will be able to update your address at no cost. If the stamp has already been mailed out and is returned to us, we may charge a standard mailing fee of $12.95 to ship to a new address. There is no expedited service for reshipping your notary products.

If the stamp has been delivered to an address that no longer is your residence or is deemed unrecoverable, a reprocessing fee of $30 will be charged for a new notary stamp and a $35 reprocessing fee for the embosser.

Refund Request

  • After 60 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, no refunds will be given.
  • Within 31-60 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, a 50% refund will be given.
  • Within 30 days of your application and/or payment being received via our website or mail, a refund will be given less a $50 service fee.

We are unable to refund bond premium, errors & omissions premium or state fees if your notary application is already in process. ANY NOTARY EDUCATION, SIGNING AGENT COURSE OR BACKGROUND CHECK IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Once your request is approved by our accounting department, it will be processed within 10 business days.
